STRATEGY

ACQUISITION

  • We will consider commercial real estate investments anywhere in England and Wales. We have no geographical restrictions.
  • We will consider all types of investments but have a strong preference for freehold or long leasehold properties
  • We like commercial, office and industrial investments
  • We are not keen on farms, hotels, retail, sports, student accommodation or residential
  • We prefer multi-tenanted investments without the need for local staff preferring to use local managing agents
  • We are not developers

MANAGE

  • We will selectively take a view with each property as to whether we self-manage or use local managing agents
  • We seek to establish long term commercial relationships with local letting agents, managing agents, suppliers and contractors
  • We do not seek for retentions and we always pay promptly and within terms

INCREASE IN VALUE

  • We will progressively re-invest in our assets to keep them up to date, desirable and legally compliant
  • We want our assets to be places where people enjoy working and companies can grow and prosper
